69pkr Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Rights and Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and use the 69pkr platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of your account registration;
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 69pkr or any associated platform;
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating as an agent in connection with your use of 69pkr;
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of 69pkr or its affiliated companies;
• You must be a genuine end-user of the platform and not accessing the platform for data-scraping, software testing or commercial intelligence purposes without prior written consent from 69pkr.

69pkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the 69pkr platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, whether using different mobile numbers, identity documents, devices or payment methods. Detection of multiple accounts may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid mobile number registered in your name. You undertake to maintain and promptly update any information that changes after registration.

Your Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. 69pkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 69pkr support immediately and change your password without delay.

69pkr reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification checks on any Account at any time without prior notice.

69pkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20 and SadaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your 69pkr Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. Detection of third-party funding may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the 69pkr deposit page within your Account. Deposits are generally credited to your 69pkr wallet instantaneously for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 5 to 30 minutes for bank transfer methods. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation.

69pkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, appears to be fraudulent, or originates from an ineligible payment source.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the 69pkr KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not permitted to make withdrawals until identity verification is complete and approved.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account held in the player's own name that has been verified by 69pkr. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

69pkr processes withdrawal requests during standard operating hours. Depending on the chosen withdrawal method, processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval;
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Typically 24 to 48 hours depending on the receiving bank;
• USDT TRC20: Following blockchain confirmation after processing approval.

69pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. Requests may be delayed if compliance or security reviews are in progress. Players will be notified via their registered contact details if additional documentation is required to process a withdrawal.

Funds held in your 69pkr Account that remain completely inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormant account management fees as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.

69pkr may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed in the Promotions section of the 69pkr platform at the time the promotion is active.

General conditions applicable to all 69pkr bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have registered a fully verified Account on 69pkr;
• Welcome bonuses are available only once, to first-time depositing players. Only one bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address or device;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Standard wagering requirements will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom are non-withdrawable;
• 69pkr reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation or collusion is detected;
• Promotions are offered to players for genuine entertainment purposes and must not be exploited through automated, systematic or coordinated betting strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional terms;
• Any promotion not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation.

All bets placed on the 69pkr sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market and event type, as published in the 69pkr rules section. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

General sportsbook terms applicable across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 69pkr, the odds are fixed unless the specific market is operated as a floating-odds market;
• 69pkr reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred (commonly known as a "palpable error"). The determination of a palpable error is made solely by 69pkr;
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 69pkr's applicable sport rules, which may include voiding all bets or settling on a specified duration played;
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time due to significant game events. Bets placed during suspension are void;
• Limits on maximum stake amounts and maximum payouts are applied per event, market and player account, and may be adjusted at 69pkr's discretion without notice;
• Any bet found to have been placed using insider information, or as part of a match-fixing or corruption scheme, will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

PSL, international cricket, football and all other sports listed on 69pkr are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body in addition to 69pkr's platform rules.

All casino games available on 69pkr Casino — including live dealer games, RNG table games and slot machines — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing in certified studios.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual game sessions. Actual results for any given player session may differ materially from the published RTP figure.

Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout structures for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these before placing any wager. Winnings will not be paid on a game round affected by a verified technical malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69pkr platform:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting obligations, or any activity that may constitute financial crime under applicable laws;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including in live dealer poker or other multi-player environments;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes in game logic to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage exploitation or any coordinated strategy specifically designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional terms without genuine recreational intent;
• Accessing your 69pkr Account while under the influence of a self-exclusion order;
• Sharing your login credentials with or allowing account access by any third party;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 69pkr staff or other players through any communication channel.

69pkr is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes or compliance review requirements.

All content published on the 69pkr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, data compilations, images and proprietary game rules — is the intellectual property of 69pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the 69pkr platform may be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered or commercially exploited in any form without the express prior written consent of 69pkr. Personal, non-commercial viewing of platform content for the purpose of using the platform's services is permitted.

The 69pkr name, logo and related marks are proprietary trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks, including in domain names, social media handles or marketing materials, is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69pkr's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

69pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings;
• Loss of opportunity;
• Loss of data or system compromise arising from the player's own device or connection;
• Damages arising from force majeure events, including government actions, natural disasters, infrastructure outages or telecommunications failures.

69pkr does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to services. 69pkr will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 69pkr makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond online betting and gaming entertainment.

Either the player or 69pkr may terminate a player Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by the Player: You may request closure of your 69pkr Account at any time by contacting support through live chat or email. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your verified payment method following completion of any required review period. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by 69pkr: 69pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; money laundering or financial crime suspicions; failure to complete KYC; repeated bonus abuse; creation of multiple accounts; or any activity deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of termination for serious misconduct, 69pkr reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation, and to recover losses caused by the player's conduct from any available balance prior to closure.

69pkr maintains a formal complaints and dispute resolution procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the platform's services, you are requested to follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Contact 69pkr support via live chat or by emailing [email protected], providing your full account details and a clear description of the issue;
• Step 2: 69pkr support will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide an initial response or request for further information within 5 business days;
• Step 3: Complex disputes involving game outcomes will be escalated to the relevant game provider for independent review. The outcome of such independent review shall be treated as final and binding;
• Step 4: If you remain dissatisfied following the completion of 69pkr's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 69pkr's gaming licence.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 69pkr reserves the right to decline to investigate disputes notified beyond this period.

69pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the 69pkr platform and, where appropriate, via the registered contact details associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the 69pkr platform following notification of updated Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request Account closure.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim or matter arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 69pkr holds its gaming licence. Specific jurisdiction details are available upon request from 69pkr support.

By registering an Account on the 69pkr platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes not resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution procedure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights that you may have as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence, including Pakistan, to the extent that those rights may not be excluded or limited by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
